Return Policy
The Chicago Lighthouse Tools for Living Store (TFL) has a 30-day return policy/warranty on items from their purchase or delivery day. 30-day warranty does not cover damage caused by the purchaser, such as but not limited to, scratches, cracks, water damage. All returns should be confirmed and arranged by calling the TFL store at 800-919-3375 or by web order return. Our shipping and handling costs/charges for packaging and sending the item to you are not refundable.
Clients are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Item(s) may be shipped to:

Receipt and contact information must be included if items are shipped. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the item(s) were purchased with; credit cards must match with the original purchase card to be refunded.
All components of the returned product(s) must be in new condition and returned in their original undamaged packaging with all parts, manuals and materials. Partial, damaged, or incomplete returns may not be refunded. All original manufacturer boxes must be placed in shipping boxes and kept free of labels and packaging tape for returns.
Technology items over the cost of $198.00 may be subject to a 5% restocking fee in addition to any missing parts costs. If you are unsure if your item qualifies for a restocking fee, please call the TFL store at 800-919-3375.
The Chicago Lighthouse Tools for Living Store does not offer trade in value on older or used devices towards the purchases of new items.
Deliveries of defective items and incorrect order fulfillments are exempt from any restocking fee and will be replaced or repaired in accordance with warranty terms.
Computer Software, Medical Devices, Sunglasses, IrisVision Products, and Canes are Final sale items and cannot be returned.
Used and Ex Demo items also have a 30 day return policy. These items are sold as is, and do not come with any manufacturer warranty. The Chicago Lighthouse will honor a 6-month warranty on device default that renders the device unusable. This does not cover hardware damage caused while in possession of purchaser. If device issue determined to be a device default failure, The Chicago Lighthouse will cover up to half the value of device in repair fees or find a suitable replacement for the device that is at the same value.
The Chicago Lighthouse Tools for Living Store reserves the right to refuse refunds at our discretion although our goal will always be customer satisfaction.
